Rebecca has been a driving force behind Sweetie Boy Transportation’s continued growth and strong commitment to safety. She joined the team in October 2024 and played a key role in opening our newest hub in Winston-Salem, NC. With how fast-paced and demanding this location is, keeping operations efficient and running smoothly is no small task, but with Rebecca’s support, the hub has thrived. Her dedication and leadership quickly made her an invaluable part of the Sweetie Boy team.
From supporting day-to-day operations to building strong relationships with both staff and drivers, Rebecca made an immediate and lasting impact. As the company continued to grow, her passion for safety and eye for detail led her to step into leading Autopilot Safety, and she absolutely crushed it. Her leadership, commitment to doing things the right way, and genuine care for people helped strengthen our safety standards and boost morale across the board.
Thanks to her hard work and proven leadership, Rebecca has now been promoted to Director of Safety for both CDL and Autopilot, overseeing safety initiatives company-wide. Coming from a CDL safety background, she’s excited to take on this expanded role and bring fresh ideas and improvements to an already strong foundation. With safety being a major focus at Sweetie Boy, we’re thrilled to support her vision and continued growth.
One of Rebecca’s favorite parts of working at Sweetie Boy has been the people. “During my tenure with SBT, I’ve enjoyed getting to know the staff at the hub as well as the drivers, and I have truly enjoyed interacting with all the different personalities,” she shared. Her favorite memory so far? Driver Appreciation Week, seeing firsthand how much Sweetie Boy truly values its drivers (and yes, Marc in the pony suit definitely made the list).
We’re incredibly excited to have Rebecca leading safety for both divisions and can’t wait to see the continued impact she’ll make on our fleet, our drivers, and Sweetie Boy Transportation as a whole.
